In a daily briefing on Thursday (October 3, 2025), Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova mentioned that Mr. Muttaqi will even maintain bilateral talks together with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov on the sidelines of the occasion.
