Though being a Sunday meant fewer automobiles on the roads, many commuters had been caught unprepared by the downpour. Traffic police personnel from all three commissionerates of Hyderabad, Cyberabad and Rachakonda together with Disaster Response Force (DRF) personnel of Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRA) had been current at key junctions to clear waterlogging and guarantee easy movement of site visitors.
