Maharashtra declares 2.25 crore every for Jemimah, Smriti and Radha Yadav

The Maharashtra authorities on Tuesday introduced a money prize of ₹2.25 crore every for the State’s gamers within the Indian ladies’s cricket group that received the ICC Women’s World Cup just lately.

As per the federal government’s sports activities coverage, gamers successful gold medals within the Olympics or Paralympics obtain ₹3.75 crore every, whereas their coaches are awarded ₹37.5 lakh. Those successful gold in World Cups, World Championships or Para World Championships are given ₹2.25 crore every, with coaches receiving ₹22.5 lakh.

Athletes successful gold within the Asian Games or Commonwealth Games are given ₹75 lakh every, whereas Chess Olympiad champions obtain ₹1 crore.

India just lately received its first ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup, defeating South Africa by 52 runs within the last performed at Navi Mumbai. Shafali Verma was named Player of the Match, and Deepti Sharma was declared Player of the Tournament.
