“During the meeting, the Venezuelan side expressed interest in expanding economic engagement with India beyond the oil sector, including cooperation in critical minerals and attracting Indian investment,” it stated.
Mr. Goyal emphasised the necessity to reactivate the India-Venezuela Joint Committee Mechanism, whose final assembly was held a decade in the past.
He famous that ONGC’s ongoing operations in Venezuela present scope for deeper collaboration in mining and exploration.
He steered that Venezuela could contemplate accepting the Indian Pharmacopeia to facilitate pharmaceutical commerce and highlighted alternatives to boost cooperation within the car sector.
In a separate assertion, the Ministry stated National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation Limited, Logistics Data Services Limited, and the Andhra Pradesh authorities signed an MoU to digitize the logistics panorama in Andhra Pradesh by leveraging the Unified Logistics Interface Platform (ULIP).
As a part of the initiative, an built-in digital platform shall be developed and carried out to offer authorities and personal stakeholders in Andhra Pradesh with real-time visibility into the state’s logistics operations and efficiency metrics.
The platform goals to boost coordination, enhance effectivity and help knowledgeable decision-making throughout sectors, enabling stakeholders to entry real-time info seamlessly.
