Royal Enfield Meteor 350 gets new limited edition variant: What makes it special?

The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Sundowner Orange Edition has been introduced at Motoverse 2025 as a new limited-run variant with cosmetic and functional upgrades.

The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 received a new special edition variant at the Motoverse 2025, adding a new colourway with both cosmetic and functional upgrades. Dubbed the Sundowner Orange, the new limited-run variant expands the lineup with a set of new equipment that enhances the cruiser’s touring potential.

The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Sundowner Orange is priced at 2,18,882 ex-showroom (Chennai), with bookings open from November 22, 2025. The broader Meteor range now starts at 1.96 lakh and tops out at 2.19 lakh (ex-showroom). Here are the key highlights of the updated model.

New Sundowner Orange special edition

The new limited edition variant brings an exclusive Sundowner Orange colour option as a tribute to the growing Meteor community The key update is the new Sundowner Orange paint scheme, introduced to celebrate the growing Meteor community worldwide that now crosses the milestone of over half a million motorcycles sold globally. The colourway is aimed as a visual tribute to sunset rides and long-distance cruising, set apart from the fray with exclusive detailing and commemorative badging exclusive to this model.

Factory-fitted touring package

The Meteor 350 Sundowner Orange gets a flyscreen for added wind protection and the Tripper navigation pod as standard The Meteor 350 Sundowner Orange arrives kitted out with a ready-to-ride touring setup straight from the factory. It comes fitted with a deluxe touring seat and a flyscreen for longer trips, a passenger backrest for added support and the Tripper pod for turn-by-turn navigation. This eliminates the need for post-purchase accessory upgrades and positions the variant as the ideal long-distance machine.

Tubeless spoked wheels

The Sundowner Orange edition adds on tubeless wire-spoke wheels Among the most notable hardware upgrades is the addition of aluminium tubeless spoked rims. The combination of spoke wheels with tubeless tyres preserves off-road durability while offering the ease of repairability. The motorcycle continues to ride on the familiar 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel setup.

New features across the Meteor range

The new variant also adds a pillion backrest and a deluxe touring seat for added comfort Royal Enfield has also updated the feature list across the Meteor lineup. The Fireball and Stellar variants now get an LED headlamp and the Tripper pod as standard, while Aurora and Supernova introduce adjustable brake and clutch levers for improved ergonomics. The updates across all variants include LED indicators, a USB Type-C fast-charging port and an assist-and-slip clutch.

Mechanically unchanged with existing powertrain

The Meteor 350 Sundowner Orange continues to be powered by the same J-series 349 cc single-cylinder engine There are no changes to the engine. The Meteor continues with the 349 cc air-oil-cooled single-cylinder J-series unit that produces 20.2 bhp at 6,100 rpm and 27 Nm at 4,000 rpm, paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The chassis, suspension and braking setup remain identical to the standard models.
