Trinamool Congress MP Abhishek Banerjee, who’s part of an all-party delegation to Japan to give attention to India’s unwavering stand in the direction of cross-border terrorism and expose Pakistan, on Saturday, talked about that if terrorism is a “rabid dog”, Pakistan is its “vile handler”.
