VMRDA proposes 4 theme-based townships

Visakhapatnam Metropolitan Region Development Authority (VMRDA) has introduced a mission to arrange 4 theme-based townships and cities in its jurisdiction.

Two theme-based townships have been proposed at Kothavalasa village in Bheemunipatnam mandal and Sontyam village in Anandapuram mandal. The places for the opposite two initiatives are but to be finalised because the VMRDA is engaged on identification of land parcel for the townships.
