Mahindra has said the first 999 customers will get a track day chance in Chennai, alongside accessories such as a collector’s box, a special number decal and the buyer’s name etched on the side profile of the SUV. There will also be a lucky draw to select customers to go London e-Prix in August 2026. Buyers will also get a mini version of their EV for their children.

To differentiate this special edition from the standard version, Mahindra has revised both front and rear bumpers. The SUV’s bodywork also features edition-specific decals.

Coming to the rear, this premium electric SUV comes with a cleaner LED lightbar instead of the previous C-shaped layout. Inside, it has been specced-out with a host of carbon fibre elements on door trim and other places. The cabin also features exclusive Formula E badging inside.

Not only that, the 2025 BE 6 special edition brings a new aero wheel design, inspired by the 2023 Rall-E concept.

As far as the powertrains are concerned, the new limited-run version of the Mahindra BE 6 retains the 79 kWh battery pack. This allows for a certified single-charge range of 682 km (MIDC, P1+P2 combined).

Fast-charging support of up to 175 kW is standard across all trims, and the SUV can be charged from 10 to 80 per cent in under 20 minutes using a compatible DC fast charger. This range puts the BE 6 ahead of some of its key rivals in the segment.

Along with this, it continues to get a rear-wheel drive setup just like the standard version. It is worth mentioning that the Mahindra XEV 9S has a dual-motor layout, which allows for an all-wheel-drive system.
