Inspired by Royal Enfield heritage
The Flying Flea S6 draws from Royal Enfield’s historic Flying Flea motorcycles. Originally developed during the Second World War, these robust, lightweight motorcycles were made to be air-dropped into combat zones via parachute to deliver messages between troops. The FF.S6 aims to carry over this purpose-driven identity, positioned as a “city+explorer” designed to be lightweight, nimble, and capable of off-road duty.
Purpose-built scrambler design
The S6 is inspired by the legendary WWII Flying Flea motorcycles The S6 features a functional scrambler-oriented design with USD front forks, a chain final drive and a 19-inch front and 18-inch rear wheel setup. It rides on spoked rims due to their durability on rough terrain. The bike’s minimalistic silhouette blends clean lines with hardware suited to off-road use, reflecting a form-meets-function ethos.
Lightweight magnesium battery housing
The S6’s main structural and design highlight is the lightweight finned magnesium battery housing Among the key technical highlights is the finned magnesium battery case, engineered for weight reduction and improved cooling. This case forms a great chunk of the motorcycle’s structural and visual identity. Royal Enfield has also equipped the S6 with a round touchscreen display as a nod to classic gauge clusters, but this does retain modern connectivity functions, including navigation, ride data and infotainment.

Advanced electronics and riding aids
The Flying Flea S6 comes with an OTA-ready touchscreen display with a Snapdragon-powered OS The Flying Flea S6 features a proprietary operating system employing Qualcomm’s Snapdragon QWM2290 processor for 4G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. With this, riders are treated to key features such as off-road mode, switchable lean-sensitive ABS, traction control, voice assistance and route navigation. The system supports multiple features via voice commands accessed through the rider’s smartphone.
Full connected ecosystem with OTA capability
The FF.S6 is designed around an extensive connectivity suite that can be controlled through a mobile app or smartwatch. Riders can monitor charging status, switch riding modes remotely and access vehicle diagnostics. The motorcycle is also enabled for over-the-air software updates to ensure performance refinements and new features can be added post-purchase, maintaining its long-term relevance.
