BIS organises consciousness run in Coimbatore

The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) organised a 2.5 km ‘Run for Quality – Strive for Standards’ run in Coimbatore on Saturday (November 1, 2025) as part of the World Standards Day 2025 celebrations.

Over 700 folks, together with college students, professionals, and health fanatics, took half within the run in Race Course. The purpose was to enhance consciousness about requirements, high quality, and security in on a regular basis life aside from highlighting the function of standardisation and certification in guaranteeing client safety and supporting industrial progress.
