Sonakshi is all set to headline her brother Kussh S Sinha’s directorial debut, Nikita Roy. Produced by Nicky Bhagnani, Vicky Bhagnani, Kinjal Ghone, Dinesh Gupta, Ankur Takrani, and Vipin Agnihotri, the movie was initially scheduled to conflict with Kajol’s Maa and Vishnu Manchu’s Kannappa on June 27.

However, the makers have postponed the discharge to July 18. Sharing an announcement on Instagram, they mentioned, “We have discovered ourselves within the midst of a number of releases and a battle for screens. With recommendation from our well-wishers within the fraternity, distributors, and exhibitors, now we have collectively determined to push our launch… in order that we are able to attain a wider viewers.” They concluded with a promise that “18th July will likely be well worth the wait.”
