Chandra Barot, director of Amitabh Bachchans iconic movie Don, passes away at 86

Veteran filmmaker Chandra Barot, greatest recognized for helming Amitabh Bachchan’s 1978 cult basic Don, handed away at a hospital in Mumbai on Sunday (July 20). He was 86.

Chandra was battling ‘Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis’ (IPF-fibrosis of lungs) for the previous 11 years and had been receiving remedy on the Guru Nanak Hospital, as per his household. “Chandra handed away on the Guru Nanak Hospital this morning at 6.30 as a result of cardiac arrest attributable to a chest an infection.
