Do Deewane Seher Mein: Siddhant Chaturvedi and Mrunal Thakur to star in Bhansali-backed romance drama

Actors Siddhant Chaturvedi and Mrunal Thakur are set to come together for an upcoming romantic-drama, Do Deewane Seher Mein, the makers announced with a promo video on Friday, November 21, 2025. The film is produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Prerna Singh, Umesh Kumar Bansal and Bharat Kumar Ranga and will be released in theatres on February 20, 2026.

Written by Abhiruchi Chand, the film is directed by Ravi Udyawar, who last collaborated with Siddhant in the 2024 actioner Yudhra.

The promo video juxtaposes a set of animated visuals with a still of the snow-capped mountains, a young man travelling in a train and a girl standing on a street in Mumbai. Siddhant plays Shashank while Mrunal plays Roshni in the film. The two briefly make an appearance towards the end of the promo video.

As per a press release, the film is a “romance rooted in soulful music, city-soaked nostalgia, and the unpredictability of two hearts finding each other”.

Siddhant spoke about the film on his Instagram stories and said, “Do Deewane Seher Mein– a film so close to my heart. I’ll be honest. I was going through something of my own while shooting for this one. And the journey somewhere healed me. I hope it does the same to you. They say there’s nothing such as perfect, all you need is Someone imperfect worth fighting for. See us at our most vulnerable selves, all heart, the perfect misfits, a cute mess coming to theatres this Valentine’s”

Do Deewane Seher Mein is co-produced by Kalpana Udyawar and also stars Ila Arun, Joy Sengupta, Ayesha Raza, Viraj Gehlani, Sandeepa Dhar and Deepraj Rana in pivotal roles.
