Hindustan Shipyard Limited plans first satellite tv for pc shipyard in north coastal A.P.

The Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL) has determined to develop its footprint by establishing a brand new and first satellite tv for pc shipyard in north coastal Andhra Pradesh. The firm’s Chairman and Managing Director Commodore Hemant Khatri and his staff have already approached the State authorities for allotment of land for the venture.

“We are engaged on the enlargement of HSL with a satellite tv for pc shipyard carefully linked to the corporate right here. This will assist us obtain enterprise and targets. At least 110 acres of land is required for the venture. Initially, Moolapeta in Srikakulam district and the Kakinada shoreline have been recognized with formal website visits. The HSL has taken proactive initiatives together with strategic partnership settlement with M/S Lotus Wireless of Visakhapatnam, and M/S Vinssen and M/S DSEC of South Korea. “We have a collaboration with M/S Toshiba of Japan for LTO batteries. With this, the HSL has developed designs for electrical and hydrogen tugs and the yard, and has despatched proposals for 150 Pax hydrogen ferry to the Inland Waterways Authority of India,” he stated.

“As all these tasks and targets are big, we’d like a satellite tv for pc shipyard to help the targets. We are engaged on it,” stated Commodore Khatri.

INS Nipun

Meanwhile, Commodore Khatri stated that INS Nipun, the second of two indigenous diving help vessels (DSVs), will shortly be handed over Indian Navy. The HSL has introduced its sister vessel INS Nistar just lately and it has been commissioned.

The vessels are designed for deep-sea diving and submarine useful resource operations, he added.

We have entered an MoU with Bharat Earth Movers Limited to develop indigenous marine methods according to Atmanirbhar Bharat,” Commodore Khatri added.
