I&B Secretary urges AI startups to form options for bridging linguistic divides

The Kalaa Setu and Bhasha Setu challenges on the WaveX startup accelerator platform of the Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting are a part of the Centre’s efforts to harness Artificial Intelligence to bridge linguistic divides, I&B Secretary Sanjay Jaju mentioned, urging AI startups to make many of the alternative by collaborating in them.

Chairing a gathering of startups, engaged on AI/ML-based know-how options, and incubators from throughout the nation at T-Hub in Hyderabad on Thursday, the senior official mentioned the Union Ministry is inviting AI startups to take part within the two challenges, particulars of which can be found on the platform, and develop indigenous, scalable options reflecting the linguistic and cultural range of the nation.

The ultimate shortlisted startups will get to current their options earlier than a nationwide jury in New Delhi. The winner will obtain an MoU for full-scale growth, pilot help with All India Radio (AIR), Doordarshan (DD) and the Press Information Bureau (PIB), and incubation underneath the WaveX Innovation Platform.
