The Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority had developed 188 retailers for decorativefish merchants on the centre situated on a 4-acre space close to Padi Flyover in Villivakkam, with fashionable laboratories, conventionhalls to advertise export of decorative fish, parking tons for 185 automobiles, and 200 bikes.
