Narendra Modi biopic Maa Vande: Malayalam actor Unni Mukundan to play the Prime Minister

Malayalam actor Unni Mukundan will play Prime Minister Narendra Modi within the latter’s biopic Maa Vande, directed by Kranthi Kumar CH. The announcement was made on Wednesday (September 17), coinciding with the seventy fifth birthday of the Prime Minister.

The movie, which comes with the tagline ‘The Anthem of a Mother’, will hint Modi’s journey from “childhood to changing into the chief of the nation”, with emphasis on his relationship along with his late mom, Heeraben Modi.

In a publish made on his Instagram deal with, Unni mentions that having grown up in Ahmedabad, he knew of Modi as “my Chief Minister throughout my childhood. Years later, I had the privilege of assembly him in particular person…”
