The quiet Vedamirtha lake in Vedaranyam wore a festive look on Saturday as School Education Minister Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi launched pleasure boating service beneath the initiative of the Vedaranyam Municipality and district administration. This provides a brand new leisure attraction for residents and guests.

Accompanied by District Collector P. Akash and Tamil Nadu Fisheries Development Corporation chairman N. Gowthaman, the Minister inaugurated the power and tried his hand at a pedal boat journey.

The facility is geared toward drawing guests who come to the Kodiyakkarai Bird Sanctuary, providing them further choices to discover inside Vedaranyam. For native residents, the brand new service is predicted to offer a welcome leisure house.
