Rozgar Mela brings job alternatives to 116 candidates in Chennai on Friday

A complete of 116 candidates obtained their appointment letters for jobs in varied Central authorities departments on the seventeenth tranche of ‘Rozgar Mela’ (employment honest) organised by the Department of Posts within the metropolis on Friday.

The new recruits will be part of varied departments, together with the Department of Posts, Central Board of Direct Taxes, Department of Financial Services and the Ministry of Railways.

G. Natarajan, Postmaster General, Chennai City Region, mentioned the recruitment drive was a flagship programme launched in October 2022 to supply employment alternatives to 10 lakh kids throughout Central authorities departments.

In Tamil Nadu alone, practically 334 candidates obtained supply letters in related occasions organised by the Postal Department at Tiruchi, Coimbatore, and Madurai on Friday.
