The MP interacting with tribal youth at GITAM Deemed to be University during the 17th Tribal Youth Exchange Programme, supported by the Ministry of Home Affairs. He emphasised that balanced growth which incorporates forest use for development must rely on sustainable forestry practices that harmoniously balance environmental, social, and economic objectives. Addressing education and language learning, Sribharat noted that mastery of one’s mother tongue provides a strong cognitive and linguistic foundation, making it easier to learn English and other languages. He also advised tribal students to appear for the CUET (Common University Entrance Test) to seek admission to the tribal university at Salur.
