Sports day ‘Elitia’

Mount Hilton Public School, Old Courtallam celebrated its sixth annual sports activities day ‘Elitia’ with exuberant zeal and camaraderie. The occasion started with March previous by college students of all homes similar to diamond, topaz, sapphire, ruby and emerald. The winners of the occasion had been honoured by R. Rajmohan, District Forest Officer, Tenkasi, who attended the occasion as chief visitor.

R.B.Ok. Samuel, Chartered Accountant, was the visitor of honour on the occasion. R.J.V. Bell, secretary of the varsity and Grace Kasthuri Bell, director of the varsity had been additionally current.

The general champions defend was gained by Topaz home.

A state degree Young Minds Chess Tournament-2025 was performed at PET Engineering College, Valliyoor in affiliation with Tirunelveli district chess growth affiliation. In the match, college students from varied faculties and colleges participated within the competitors. The competitors was held for college kids catering to completely different ranges from age 6 to 25 years.

The match started with the inaugural ceremony presided over by S. Mohammed Farook, Management Trustee, Mohammed Abdul Razak, Treasurer, Ponperumal, Chief Arbiter, Ok. Madhan Kumar, Principal and M. Murukaananth, Secretary, Tirunelveli Chess Association.

PRAJNA-2025

Pushpalata Vidya Mandir, Tirunelveli organised PRAJNA-2025, a science expo to create a fascinating and interactive journey by the marvels of science. S. Muthu Kumar, District Science Officer, Tirunelveli presided over the occasion. In his deal with, he emphasised that the essence of science lies in visionary outlook and urged the scholars to uphold the speculation of Indian id whereas striving to carry glory to the nation.

Eleventh state-level mega quiz competitors for greater secondary college students held at National Engineering College in Kovilpatti. Continuing the custom for the eleventh consecutive 12 months, the occasion drew enthusiastic participation from 268 college students forming 134 groups, representing colleges throughout Tamil Nadu following state board, CBSE and ICSE curriculum.

The inaugural session was presided over by S. Shanmugavel, Director of the College. The quiz conductor of the competitors was Sumanth C Raman.

The first prize of Rs 25,000 and a certificates was awarded to college students Ok. Nitish Anand and M. Sudharshan of Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Swamigal Golden Jubilee Matric Higher Secondary School, Tirunelveli. Second prize of Rs 15,000 and a certificates was gained by B. Kaviya Shree and S. Swetha from Subbaih Vidyalayam Girls Higher Secondary School, Thoothukudi and third prize of Rs 10,000 and a certificates was bagged by P. Sethupathy and R. Mugundan of Hayagrivas International School (CBSE), Sivakasi.

Ok.L. Sanju Sri Lakshmi, a scholar of Bharath Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School, Ilanji achieves a state-level milestone in science seminar.

The Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum, Bengaluru has organised a nationwide science seminar for varsity college students at St. Paul’s Higher Secondary School in Salem. District degree winners from varied colleges throughout Tamil Nadu participated within the competitors.

Ok.L. Sanju Sri Lakshmi, introduced her paper on the subject “The Quantum Era Begins-Possibilities and Challenges” and gained first place on the state degree, marking a exceptional achievement. She has been chosen to signify Tamil Nadu within the upcoming nationwide degree competitors to be held in Bengaluru.
