Ex-BJP MLAs son assaults toll employees in Vijayapura in Karnataka, video goes viral, no case booked but

A video clip of ex-BJP MLA Vijugouda Patil’s son and his aides allegedly assaulting toll sales space employees in Vijayapura district, in Karnataka, has gone viral on social media. According to police, the toll sales space employees has not filed a criticism but.

The reported incident befell on the toll sales space close to Kannoli in Sindgi taluk on the Vijayapura- Sindhi stretch on October 30.

According to sources, ex-MLA and BJP chief Vijugouda Patil’s son Samarthgouda Patil was travelling in the direction of Sindgi in his four-wheeler when toll employees requested him to pay the ballot.

Mr Samarthgouda reportedly instructed the toll sales space employees that that he’s the son of Vijugouda Patil.

However, the toll employees reportedly instructed him that he was not conscious of any Vijugouda.

Offended by the reply, Samarthgouda and his aides bought down from their automobile, allegedly abused the toll employees and assaulted him. The different toll employees intervened to resolve the matter.

One toll employees Sangappa, who reportedly suffered accidents, was handled at Sindgi taluk hospital.

When contacted, Superintendent of Police of Vijayapura district Laxman Nimbargi instructed The Hindu that to date that they had not acquired any criticism on this regard by both the employees or official of the toll sales space.
