The United Nations Troop Contributing Countries’ (UNTCC) Chiefs Conclave will see the participation of Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and Under-Secretary-General for Peace Operations (USG, DPO), Jean Pierre Lacroix, the defence ministry stated in an announcement.
