Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka has squarely blamed the earlier BRS rulers over the Banakacherla challenge subject, saying the BRS is a curse on Telangana.

Speaking after laying the inspiration stone for the development of 10,000 metric ton capability warehouses at Kamalapuram village in Khammam district on Sunday, Mr. Vikramarka mentioned, “We will foil the Andhra Pradesh authorities’s conspiracies, defend Telangana’s pursuits and safe the State’s rightful share of river waters.”

Stating that Telangana confronted grave injustice in irrigation in the course of the united Andhra Pradesh, he mentioned, “That is why all sections of society fought and achieved a separate State. Even now, the identical sort of conspiracies are being hatched in opposition to our State. Everyone should keep alert and successfully counter them.”

He criticised the A.P. authorities accusing it of initiating development of unlawful tasks that threaten to dry up agricultural fields in Telangana. It is just due to the robust arguments successfully introduced by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and Irrigation Minister N. Uttam Kumar Reddy in New Delhi that the Banakcherla Project was halted, he mentioned.

We are correcting the errors dedicated by the BRS rulers throughout their 10-year rule and making concerted efforts to optimally utilise Krishna and Godavari waters for making certain irrigation to each acre in Telangana, he asserted.
