Mr. Kumar, who can also be the JD(U) president, met Mr. Shah in Patna forward of the latter’s scheduled assembly with BJP employees at Dehri-on-Sone in Rohtas and Begusarai later within the day.
The JD(U) chief mentioned that “it was a courtesy meeting”. The JD(U) is an alliance companion of the NDA and Assembly elections in Bihar are due later this yr.
Mr. Shah who arrived in Patna on Wednesday (September 17, 2025) evening, will work together with BJP leaders and employees in Rohtas and Begusarai districts on Thursday (September 18, 2025) to debate plans for the upcoming Assembly elections, a BJP chief mentioned.
State BJP president Dilip Jaiswal on Wednesday (September 17, 2025) mentioned that Mr. Shah was scheduled to work together with employees and leaders from 10 districts within the Magadh-Shahabad area at Dehri-on-Sone, an industrial township located 50 km from the State capital, on Thursday (September 18).
At Begusarai, which occurs to be the Lok Sabha constituency of Union Minister Giriraj Singh, Mr. Shah will work together with occasion employees and leaders from one other 10 districts, Mr. Jaiswal had mentioned.
