AIADMK common secretary Edappadi Okay. Palaniswami on Tuesday condemned the sexual assault of a younger girl by two police personnel in Tiruvannamalai district. He additional criticised the DMK authorities over the security of ladies within the State.

Referring to the crime in Tiruvannamalai district, Mr. Palaniswami mentioned in a social media publish: “This is the height of lack of security of ladies. What is the reply of the Chief Minister for this incident during which the policemen, who’re supposed to guard ladies are behind the incident?”

Mr. Palaniswami blamed the Chief Minister for the incident and condemned the DMK authorities for having failed to make sure the security of ladies.
