On the event, Mr. Mohan enquired in regards to the availability of infrastructure and expertise required within the police stations, courts, prisons and forensic laboratories for administering the legal guidelines, and burdened the significance of strengthening the forensic ecosystem by filling the vacancies with eligible individuals on a contract foundation.
He instructed the Chief Secretary and the DGP to completely report audio and video footage within the areas the place crimes happen, i.e. the scene of the offence, and to incorporate all FIRs in e-Sakshya.
