Kyiv: A Russian guided bomb struck a high-rise residential building and a playground on Friday in Ukraine’s northeastern city of Kharkiv, killing seven people and injuring at least 77 others, according to local authorities. A 14-year-old girl was among the dead, said Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, as the two-and-a-half-year war continues to result in more death and destruction with no end in sight.
