Anusha Kutumbale and Sutirtha Mukherjee emerged as giant-killers as the duo stormed into the women’s singles semifinals of the WTT Feeder international table tennis tournament here on Saturday.

Anusha stunned sixth seed Lee Zion of Korea in the round of 16 before packing off fourth seed Yashaswini Ghorpade in the quarterfinals later in the evening. Olympian Sutirtha created the biggest upset of the tournament, seeing off top seed Yang Ha Eun in four games in 33 minutes.
