Peddi Raju announced that a Swarna Rathotsavam will be held for Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy in celebration of Arudra Nakshatram on August 29 at Srisailam temple. The event will begin at 7.30 am, with a Swarna Rathotsavam procession from East Raja Gopuram to Gangadhara Mandapam and Nandi Mandapam. The EO also stated that the Vaidic Committee has decided to organise the Rathotsavam for Swamy and Amma Varu on the day of Arudra Nakshatra each month going forward.
