Members of the Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (CMWSSB) Labourers’ Union staged a protest within the metropolis on Monday (October 6, 2025) demanding compensation and different advantages for 3 employees, together with one who died after inhaling poisonous fumes whereas finishing up sewer work.
