Ghaziabad crime: In accordance with police research, the accused was booked for rape and beneath associated sections of the Safety of Kids from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

A 13-year-old lady, a scholar of sophistication seventh, was allegedly raped by her 19-year-old cousin in a village proper right here, police acknowledged on Thursday. “When the woman tried to boost an alarm, the accused stuffed her mouth with a bit of fabric and beat her, threatening her with dire penalties if she instructed anybody concerning the incident,” the officer acknowledged.
“Later, the woman complained of extreme abdomen ache and her household took her to a health care provider. It was then found that she was sexually assaulted by the accused,” he acknowledged.
The accused was booked for rape and beneath associated sections of the Safety of Kids from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act on Wednesday (Might 21), police acknowledged.
“The offender will likely be arrested quickly,” ACP Rai acknowledged, together with that extra investigation is underway.
