Ontario Provincial Police officers arrested Mr. Gosal on Friday (September 19, 2025) for careless use of a handgun and different associated offences, Global News reported on Monday (September 22), quoting court docket paperwork.
Mr. Gosal (36) appeared in court docket in Oshawa on Monday (September 22) and was charged together with Arman Singh (23) of Toronto, and Jagdeep Singh (41) a resident of New York, the report added.

Mr. Gosal runs a referendum marketing campaign on Khalistan, a place he took over after its earlier co-ordinator, Hardeep Singh Nijjar, was gunned down in Surrey, B.C., the report added.
