The Kathmandu District Police Circle Spokesperson, Superintendent of Police Pawan Bhattarai, confirmed that the FIR was registered on the Kathmandu District Police Office, Bhadrakali, in opposition to UML chairman Oli and Nepali Congress chief Lekhak.
