Israel Innovation Authority assures cooperation in different areas to CM-led delegation

Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy held discussions with the Israel Innovation Authority on cooperation between innovation startups in the areas of agriculture and climate change at Davos.

The Chief Minister met Israel Innovation Authority chairman Alon Stopel on Tuesday, the first day of his visit to Davos to attend the World Economic Forum meeting. The Chief Minister, accompanied by Ministers D. Sridhar Babu and Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and Telangana Rising delegation, spent a busy day in Davos.

The Israel delegation assured cooperation and participation in artificial intelligence, deep tech innovation, health and agritech, cyber space and aerospace sectors. Mr. Stopel assured pilot projects in AI and other sectors with active participation of Israeli startups to the Telangana Rising delegation.

Earlier, the Chief Minister-led delegation was accorded rousing reception on their arrival at Zurich by the members of Telangana diaspora and the overseas Telangana residents. Mr. Revanth Reddy is scheduled to meet several industrialists and also host top executives and representatives of leading global companies across various sectors in an exclusive programme aimed at promoting the Telangana Rising 2047 roadmap.

The Telangana Rising delegation would mainly focus on showcasing the State’s long-term growth vision, progressive policies and investor-friendly ecosystem to global leaders, CEOs and industry representatives from around the world.
