The occasion served as a fundraiser for REACH, a Chennai-based non-profit organisation devoted to tackling tuberculosis (TB) and different public well being challenges.
At the occasion, actor and filmmaker Suhasini Maniratnam shared her personal struggles with tuberculosis. “I do know first-hand what tuberculosis does to an individual’s bodily and psychological well being.
