Andhra Pradesh attracts 10,644 crore investments in tourism sector in final 15 months, says Minister Kandula Durgesh

Speaking about plans to increase lodging facility, he mentioned 15 initiatives value ₹3,887 crore would create 2,848 rooms, whereas 24 DPR-approved initiatives value ₹3,668 crore would add 3,164 rooms. “Overall, 8,080 rooms are already within the pipeline, with a goal of fifty,000 rooms in 4 years,” he mentioned.

Heli-tourism

The Minister mentioned tourism circuits had been being developed with deal with eco, journey, wellness and heli-tourism throughout all of the areas of the State, and resorts can be developed below the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mannequin.
