Harsh scored 98.59 per cent in JEE-Mains and certified for JEE-Advanced, the engineering entrance exams for admission to schools together with IITs. However, he didn’t safe admission to the faculty of his alternative.

But he ignored the naysayers and centered on his research, dedicating 10-12 hours a day to teaching and self-study.
