Survey is n try to divide Hinduism, says Ashok

Alleging that the socio-educational survey which is being held from Monday in Karnataka was an try to divide Hinduism, Leader of the Opposition within the Assembly R. Ashok on Sunday urged Ministers opposing the survey to give up the ministry. 

Addressing a press convention in Bengaluru, Mr. Ashok alleged that the only real objective of the survey was to divide Hinduism within the title of castes. “If it’s a socio-educational survey, why point out caste names in it? Under the steerage of Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi, the Congress authorities in Karnataka is making an attempt to divide Hindus,” he alleged. 

“Ministers who’re opposing this could resign. If they simply situation statements and hold quiet, their communities is not going to forgive them.”  

He accused Chief Minister Siddaramaiah of encouraging spiritual conversions. “Preventing conversion is the federal government’s job. But right here, Mr. Siddaramaiah is sponsoring this work,” he alleged. 

“The Union authorities has already ready for the Census and caste census. That is official. The surveys carried out by the State authorities should not official. Future governments can reject them. If individuals can write no matter they need, why have a authorities? This is an insult to the Constitution. This is just not a survey that gives justice to any castes. Those who tried to divide Lingayats are actually making an attempt to divide Hinduism,” he mentioned. 

 “Under Mr. Siddaramaiah’s management, Karnataka has been changed into a laboratory. In this experiment, efforts are being finished to decrease Hinduism,” he alleged.
