Tejashwi Yadav says his identify is lacking from Bihar electoral draft checklist

Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief and former Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav stated his identify is lacking within the Bihar electoral draft checklist printed on August 1, 2025.

Mr. Yadav requested the Election Commission of India (ECI) how he would be capable of contest within the upcoming Bihar Assembly election. The Leader of the Opposition within the State Assembly stated that it’s a “homicide of democracy and snatching away voter rights”.
