YSRCP leaders submitting a memorandum to State Election Commissioner Nilam Sawhney in Vijayawada on Wednesday.
The YSRCP leaders highlighted a sequence of incidents, together with the assault on Mr. Ramesh Yadav and social gathering chief Velpula Ramu allegedly by 30 TDP males armed with sticks.
