Photos captured by Planet Labs, a business satellite tv for pc imaging agency, present harm to a floating pier on the Rybachiy submarine base on the Kamchatka Peninsula, the newspaper reported.
One part of the pier seems to have damaged away from its anchor level. Aside from the broken pier, the satellite tv for pc imagery doesn’t present some other main destruction.
Reuters couldn’t independently confirm the report. There was no instant response from Russia’s Defence Ministry outdoors enterprise hours to a Reuters request for remark.
