Interestingly, Tamil Nadu has managed to woo investments from firms headquartered in its neighbouring State, Karnataka.
Among the foremost offers to be signed is an MoU with Bengaluru-based Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses Private Limited, entailing investments to the tune of ₹5,000 crore. The agency has proposed to arrange a photo voltaic cell manufacturing facility in Tamil Nadu. The challenge will increase the home photo voltaic worth chain by catalysing ancillary industries (glass, backsheets, silver paste, equipment), and increase vitality safety by inexperienced exports. This deal will generate over 3,000 jobs.
Bengaluru-headquartered HI-Q Electronics Private Limited will make investments ₹425 crore to determine a PCB manufacturing facility. The challenge is predicted to generate 400 jobs. The facility will deal with superior electronics manufacturing capabilities and manufacturing infrastructure.
ASM Technologies Limited has proposed a brand new funding of ₹250 crore to determine a producing facility. It will deal with design Led Manufacturing of apparatus for the electronics, semiconductor, photo voltaic and allied industries. This deal will generate 1,100 jobs.
Zettaone Technologies India Private Ltd. will probably be making a further funding of ₹100 crore to determine an ESDM (Electronics System Design and Manufacturing) facility in Krishnagiri. The challenge will generate 500 jobs and strengthen Tamil Nadu’s rising ESDM ecosystem. The facility will deal with superior digital system design and manufacturing capabilities.
Chennai-headquartered JLK Automation (India) Private Ltd. will make investments ₹100 crore to determine a producing facility for Precision Automation Machines in Krishnagiri. The challenge will generate 450 jobs.
