‘If none of the victims died why was he charged with murder?’

Questioning the first-degree homicide cost, one X consumer wrote, “Boulder, Colorado suspected terror assault suspect Mohamed Sabry Soliman faces homicide, assault, different costs. What am i lacking right here? The article says nobody has died. Help me perceive what is going on on right here.
