The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a flash flood alert for Sunday (August 17, 2025) in Maharashtra’s Konkan, together with Mumbai.

Amid heavy downpour, flash floods are probably in Konkan and Goa, together with Mumbai City, Palghar, Raigarh, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg and Suburban Mumbai districts.
